Buyerseller.pk is an online marketplace connecting buyers and sellers.

1. We do not store or sell products directly.
2. Sellers are responsible for shipping items through Pakistan Post unless otherwise stated.
3. Buyerseller.pk facilitates communication and transaction between buyers and sellers but does not guarantee delivery.

2. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers using Buyerseller.pk must:

1. Ship products promptly using Pakistan Post.
2. Clearly state shipping charges (if applicable) in the listing.
3. Provide estimated delivery timelines based on Pakistan Post services.
4. Properly package items to prevent damage during shipping.
5. Share tracking numbers with buyers whenever available.

3. Shipping Options

All shipments are handled via Pakistan Post. Sellers may offer:

1. Standard Shipping – delivery within Pakistan Post estimated timelines.
2. Express / Registered Mail – if sellers choose to pay for faster Pakistan Post services.
3. Self-Pickup – optional, if agreed between buyer and seller.

Shipping costs should be included in the listing. Buyerseller.pk does not charge additional shipping fees.

4. Shipping Timeline

1. Estimated delivery times are determined by Pakistan Post and the seller.
2. Typical delivery within Pakistan ranges from 3–10 business days, depending on the destination.
3. Buyerseller.pk is not responsible for delays caused by Pakistan Post or unforeseen events (weather, holidays, strikes, etc.).

5. Tracking & Notifications

1. Sellers must provide tracking numbers to buyers when using Pakistan Post registered services.
2. Buyers should monitor tracking updates directly via Pakistan Post’s tracking system.
3. Buyerseller.pk may assist in disputes but cannot guarantee delivery results.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

1. Sellers are responsible for proper packaging and ensuring safe delivery.
2. Buyerseller.pk is not liable for damaged, lost, or delayed items shipped via Pakistan Post.
3. Any claims must be resolved directly between buyer and seller.
4. Buyerseller.pk may mediate disputes but cannot issue compensation.

7. International Shipping

1. Currently, Buyerseller.pk supports domestic shipping only via Pakistan Post.
2. International shipments, if arranged independently by sellers, are at the buyer’s risk.

8. Policy Updates

1. Buyerseller.pk reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time.
2. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
